By creating an account or using SportCanva, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

SportCanva is a platform that helps athletes build professional profiles, participate in tournaments, connect with academies and scouts, and access sports-related services and opportunities.

To use SportCanva, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent where required.
• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to SportCanva, including photos, videos, profile information, facility listings, and tournament content.

By uploading content, you grant SportCanva permission to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Upload harmful software or malicious content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use SportCanva for illegal activities

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

SportCanva provides tools that allow organizers and facility owners to manage events and bookings.

Event organizers and facility owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the delivery of their services, and compliance with applicable laws.

While we strive to maintain a trusted platform, SportCanva cannot guarantee the quality, safety, availability, or outcomes of any tournament, trial, facility, academy, or scouting opportunity.

Payments made through SportCanva are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Applicable fees are displayed before payment is completed.

Refunds, cancellations, and booking policies may vary depending on the service purchased and will be communicated before payment where applicable.

SportCanva, including its software, branding, logos, designs, and platform content, is owned by SportCanva and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.

Your use of SportCanva is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We work to keep SportCanva available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features when necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportCanva is not responsible for:

• Decisions made by scouts, academies, or organizers
• Career, recruitment, or scholarship outcomes
• Disputes between users
• Losses caused by third-party services
• Events, facilities, or services operated by third parties

Our total liability for any claim relating to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid to SportCanva during the previous 12 months.

You may stop using SportCanva and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If significant changes are made, we will notify users through the platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use of SportCanva after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
